To let you enjoy a seamless shopping experience from the comfort of your home, here are our delivery arrangements:
📦 Shipping Fees & Offers
Free Shipping: Enjoy FREE doorstep delivery on all orders of HK$350 or above.
Standard Shipping: A flat rate of HK$60 will be charged for orders under HK$350.
🚚 Delivery Coverage & Restrictions
We currently only accept delivery addresses within Hong Kong.
Please note that our delivery service is temporarily unavailable for the following areas:P.O. Boxes, Hong Kong International Airport, AsiaWorld-Expo, Hong Kong Disneyland, any restricted areas, zones prohibited for trucks, and Outlying Islands (areas inaccessible by standard land transport, except Tung Chung on designated delivery days and times).
Warehouse Restrictions: We do not deliver to logistics warehouses, transit warehouses, warehouses that require queuing for collection/delivery, or destinations that require entrance/registration fees.
🕒 Dispatch & Processing Time
We are just as excited as you are to get your favorite items into your hands!
Dispatch Time: Orders are generally dispatched within 3 - 5 business days after confirmation. (During major promotional periods, dispatch may take a little longer, but we will always arrange it as soon as possible).
Processing Hours: We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays). Orders submitted after 9:00 AM will be processed on the next business day.
Remote Areas: Deliveries to remote areas or outlying islands may require an additional 1 - 2 business days.
💡 Friendly Reminder: The estimated delivery times mentioned above apply to regular days only. While the vast majority of orders arrive on time, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, traffic conditions, or unexpected emergencies from our logistics partners. The Yu・Corner team will do our best to help track your parcel, and we highly recommend placing your orders early to allow sufficient time.
🤝 Our Delivery Partners
Depending on your delivery address, we will assign the most suitable logistics partner (including Jumppoint, GOGOX, Cainiao, or SF Express). All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
If Uncontactable: The driver will attempt to deliver straight to your door or reschedule, which may cause a minor delay.
In Case of Failed Delivery: The courier company will contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to reschedule. Please note that undelivered parcels will usually be returned to the logistics warehouse within the next 1 - 2 business days to await rearrangement.
